Client Advisory Leaflets - Exclusive to the Society
The Society provides to it's Members a range of leaflets intended to provide all the regulatory information required under the Council for Licensed Conveyancers Rules in a straightforward, plain English way which Clients can understand.  The range includes information on SDLT, Money Laundering, Standard Terms of Engagement and Joint Ownership and can not only save members time and headaches drafting but some members even use them to create a revenue stream.  Members are entitled to a discount on ALL orders through the Society's Stationery Department.  Click on the link below to see the range and price list. 
 
Standard Forms
Society Members can order their standard forms at a discounted rate through the Stationery Department.  we offer the complete range of Conveyancing and Land Registry Forms, as well as Landlord & Tenant, at a fraction of the normal price.  Click on the link below to see the full range and price list.

            All prices quoted exclude VAT, but includes free postage and packing.

             

            Please order any printed forms in multiples of 25.  Complete an Order Form and fax it to 0845 459 2193.  Your order will be supplied and an invoice will be issued with 30 days to pay.

             

            If a form or item you require is not listed above, please let us know.  We can supply ALL legal forms and will be happy to quote a competitive price.
